  • The event is limited to 1 entry per group 

  • Tree sponsorships are from $500 - $2500 

  • You may also donate a tree sponsorship to a worthy non-profit organization. 

  • The submission of the Entry Form is required no later than November 30, 2021, by 4pm.  

  • You must provide all decorations.  

  • You are free to express your creativity and originality, but we ask that your tree represent your business, organization, or family and be in good taste, suitable for display at a family event.  

  • Decorations should hang on the tree, not sit alongside the tree, or be held up by any means other than the tree itself.   

  • A signature 20" x 20" sign will be custom designed promoting your name or group, or the organization which decorated the tree. The sign will be placed on the box of the decorated tree. 

  • *Jingle Tree reserves the right to remove any decorations not meeting these criteria. 

  • Trees will be available for decoration Monday - Friday, November 29th -December 3rd with the official opening on December 4th from 10 am until 8 pm.  Contact us if you need to schedule another day for decorating your tree. 

  • All trees will remain on display throughout the Holiday Season.   

  • Cash prizes of $500 will be awarded to the winner along with recognition in a full-page article in Orlando Weekly. 

  • Second and Third place winners will have Cash prizes and gift cards to local businesses. 

  • Each entry will be judged against all other entries and will be placed depending on the number of votes received.  

  • Prizes will be announced at the conclusion of the Jingle Trees event and in the January issue of Orlando Weekly.
